One of the nicest cities in Japan to live is Tokyo. Disneyland isn't so far from the city and you can also go to famous hot springs Hakone for a relaxing. I kinda miss those places...

yeah, go for osaka rather. get kansai dialect on u! ^^
i always amuse u to see foreginers speaking in kansai dialect. cracks me up!! ^^
and they tend to be more funnier ppl too

Oita or Fukuoka prefecture for Kyusyu

Sizuoka is good if you want some small-town love
