Where in Japan would you like to live?

I'd say Tokyo since almost every other city in Japan share some similarities to places in other countries in the world.

I have yet to find a city that's quite like Tokyo, and the different areas in Tokyo are so different as well. Harajuku, Shibuya, Shinjuku, Roppongi, Akabane, Akihabara, etc. They all have their distinct styles or subcultures.

Kyoto is also a pretty cool place to hang out in.

Personally, I wouldn't want to live in Japan; I'd reach my limit after a month or two unless I was to move there with friends and/or a significant other.

Maybe in Sapporo ~ Hokkaido for its beautiful scenery and its marimo and Osaka for its great diversity of sweets.

definitely Yokohama! Minato Mirai is so beautiful and the people are so nice

Okinawa, because it takes a whole day to travel from one end of the island, to the next. And they have the best ice cream shop, that I've been too. I forget the name though...
