if you look carefully, there might be business opportunities underlying in these numbers

As you can see there are a few countries where there are more Females. Guys, I suggest moving to Poland, Romania, Russia, Finland, Spain, Sweden, Austria or Ukraine if you're having trouble finding ladies in your own country :P.

No we don't really delete any profiles after a certain period of inactiveness.
I have to say though that more than one third of our users have been active this month, and 3/4 within the last half year. ^^
User profiles don't really take away much space, we still have lots of storage on our servers left even though we had to upgrade because of traffic.
The member search shows "newer" users first by default anyways.
And I mean I have been absent from sites myspace for years at a time and still eventually came back ...
So there is no good reason really why we should delete "old" profiles. ^^
